When you order from our store there are a few options as described below. The delivery charges are worked out depending on your order and it's size / weight. There is a minimum charge - but then the more you order the more you save in postage.
Orders received during business hours are processed within 24 hours and leave according to the delivery method selected.
Standard / Insured
Standard Shipping leaves daily Tuesday - Friday and takes 5-7 days depending on your location.
Comes via TOLL Priority or Star Track Premium - delivery is normally 1-3 days after being sent.
A street address is required for all deliveries unless "Po Box Delivery" is selected.
"Po Box Delivery" incurs a charge due to freight company policy.
Rural / NT Residents
Some remote areas / NT may incur an extra charge or delay. We will contact you if this is the case.
Orders are sent at your own risk unless insurance is purchased.
Star Track Express - you will receive an online tracking number and get email updates.
You take the risk of loss / damage. Lost or damaged orders can not be claimed through us, the freight company or your credit card company.
Comes via TOLL Overnight or Star Track Priority (1-3 days), is very reliable but still not covered by insurance.
Insurance is always available on request. Insured items are covered for the purchase value. In the event of an issue, we refund / replace the order immediately (your choice) and process the claim. You may need to verify you have not received the item - and always keep any packaging you receive.
If you live rural / remote or in the NT there may be a surcharge. If this is the case we will contact you before processing your payment.
